Orders ship in 1 - 3 business days via USPS. We do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays.

Orders are delivered in 2 - 7 business days via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Delivery times will vary due to USPS policy changes.

Orders with fewer than 3 cards may ship as a stamped letter without tracking information.

International orders may take up to 2 - 3 weeks to be delivered via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail. Delivery times will vary due to USPS policy changes.

We offer local pickup from our Eastworks studio in Easthampton, MA. Local pickup can be requested at check out in lieu of shipping. We will contact you to arrange a pickup time during studio hours.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us.

You may return unopened, unused items to us within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs of all returned items. Once we receive the return we will issue you a refund for your purchase.

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives safely, but we know that sometimes things get damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged item, please send us a photo of the item along with a description of the damage.

You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to report damage.


We can then issue you a refund or replacement.
