Shipping + Returns

Shipping - General

Orders ship in 1-2 business days via USPS. We do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays.

Shipping - Domestic (US)

Orders are delivered in 2-7 business days via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail.
Tracking information will be emailed to the address provided during checkout.

Shipping - International

International orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to be delivered via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail.
Tracking information will be emailed to the address provided during checkout.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup from our studio in Easthampton, MA. Local pickup can be requested at checkout in lieu of shipping. We will contact you to arrange a pickup time during studio hours.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us.

You may return unopened, unused items to us within 7 days of receiving your purchase for a full refund.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund for your purchase (minus initial shipping fees).

Damaged or Missing Items

Damaged Items:

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives safely, but we know that sometimes things get damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged item, please send us a photo of the item, along with a description of the damage.

You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to report damage. We will issue a refund or replacement.

Items missing or undelivered:

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered and you did not receive it, please contact USPS with your tracking information. We do not have access to additional delivery information.

The most common reason for a delay is an incorrect shipping address. When placing your order, please make sure your address has been entered correctly.

If USPS has lost your package, please contact us with your order number.
